Domestic Shipping FAQ

1. Can the delivery time be set?

For T-Cat express, unless otherwise indicated in the order remarks, the default delivery time for all orders is before noon. 

If by HCT logistics, order delivery time cannot be set.  

2. Are orders processed during the weekends?

We only process orders during working days. Please await patiently as your order arrives.

3. Online order status tracing

You can check your order status online by logging into your account. Shall you haven't received your order/s after 2-3 days when the order is shipped, please contact:

The order processing and delivery time does not include weekends and holidays. Standard delivery schedule takes 1-2 working days, we ask for your patience. 


4. Can items in a single order be shipped to different address?

An order can only be shipped to one address. Shall you wish to ship to different address, please separate your orders.
