Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges if the item is delivered damaged, or for color or size changes. Please initiate exchanges within 7 days upon the receipt of the item. Kindly fill in the order number, product name, and reason for exchanging. Upon receiving your request, we will arrange our courier to contact you for pick-up at the original address of the recipient you have provided. Returns that exceed the 7-day grace period will not be processed. 

Please note that the 7-day grace period is not a trial period; hence the item must be in completely new condition, must not have been worn, altered, or damaged, and with original packaging, tags, warranty and care card intact. Please do not tamper with the outside packaging (product box) as it is considered part of the product itself; otherwise a fee will be charged corresponding to the amount of damage. 

 Important reminders: 

a. In returning the item, please do not paste the delivery receipt on the box itself. Please use another box to encase the product container in order to protect the item/s and its original packaging. Failure to do so may invalidate the 7-day grace period for returns and exchanges. 
b. If several items are to be exchanged, please indicate in each item's container, your name, contact number, order number, and address. 
c. The whole returns and exchange process shall take 15 working days. If in the event that we cannot contact you, your application will be cancelled and you can no more file for return and exchange again.
